Believing that the Garland house conceals a nuclear research facility, Russia devises a plan to distract Donna and Beano by sending them on a phony vacation to Hawaii. Meanwhile, one of their spies takes on Donna’s identity in an attempt to infiltrate her life and uncover the mysterious weapon responsible for the power surges plaguing the area. As the spy tries to blend in, the stakes rise, and the truth about the Garland house hangs in the balance.
