Evie steps into the role of Donna's new assistant as mayor, but finds herself frustrated when Donna refuses to delegate any tasks. Taking matters into her own hands, Evie sneaks in to secure a concert permit for a performer while Donna is absent. However, her impulsive decision backfires when the residents of Marlowe express their disapproval of the chosen act, creating chaos for both Evie and Donna.
