Mark and Sophie are starting to settle into a relationship when Sophie receives a work transfer away from London, leaving Mark heartbroken. To help cope with the distance, Sophie suggests they engage in phone sex, a proposal that makes Mark anxious but he ultimately agrees. Meanwhile, Jeremy faces a difficult decision regarding an old friend, contemplating the need for them to be sectioned.
