S1E23 How about a deal with me?

The students at Shujin High collectively decide to invite Akechi as a guest speaker for the culture festival. Aware of the risks involved, Makoto nonetheless proceeds with the plan to gather more intel. When the festival arrives, Akechi surprises everyone by revealing he knows the identities of the Phantom Thieves, stating that he awakened his Persona during his confrontation with the masked man. He proposes a collaboration to help clear their names, requesting the group's assistance in prompting a change in Sae's heart, after which he suggests they disband.
