S1E11 Uncle Joe's Replacement

Kate and her friends visit Drucker's store to collect the pocket watch she ordered for Uncle Joe's birthday. While there, in an attempt to uplift Herby's spirits, she accidentally offers him a position as Assistant Manager at the hotel. Unable to retract her offer, Kate decides to assign him some simple tasks. Uncle Joe feels threatened by Herby's presence and begins searching for a new job. He claims to be an executive, but Kate discovers he's merely mopping floors at a café. Now, Kate and Sam must devise a plan to bring both Uncle Joe and Herby back to their rightful roles.
