S1E19 Visit From a Big Star

Uncle Joe has struck a deal with Lucy Wayne, the assistant of renowned actor Lane Haggard, to host them for two weeks at the Shady Rest. Disguised as Mr. Jones, Haggard is seeking a break from the spotlight, according to Miss Wayne. However, upon their arrival, she suspects Uncle Joe has misled her, as he has already spread the news of their visit throughout the valley. Additionally, Miss Wayne wanted to avoid any attractive women around Haggard, but Kate and the girls are far from plain. Despite Haggard’s unintentional charm affecting the girls, Kate works to shield them while also supporting Lucy, who genuinely appreciates the actor’s affections.
