S1E21 The Very Old Antique

Upon spotting Homer Bedloe in Hooterville, Kate senses impending trouble. Bedloe is set to sell the Cannonball, a rare antique train, to Phillip Waterhouse, a wealthy, cantankerous retired railway enthusiast who always gets his way. With the assistance of Charley and Floyd, Kate aims to persuade Waterhouse that the locomotive is too dilapidated to purchase. However, her strategy backfires when she discovers Waterhouse relishes the challenge of restoring old trains. Determined, Kate seeks her family's support to convince Waterhouse of the train's significance to the valley.
