S2E5 As Hooterville Goes
Hooterville prides itself on being the first town to submit its election votes. This year, Pip Winslow from Crabwell Corners is wagering that they will outpace Hooterville, thanks to their new automated voting system. Meanwhile, a feud between Kate and Selma Plout threatens Hooterville's chances, as Selma vows to submit her ballot at the last minute to irritate Kate. When a letter from the Governor arrives for the nonexistent Hooterville Chamber of Commerce, Joe, Charley, and Floyd take it upon themselves to create one to open the correspondence. The Governor encourages them to maintain their impressive voting record. Kate devises a plan to sway Selma, and despite some obstacles, Hooterville manages to submit their votes first.
