S3E5 Joe Carson, General Contractor

With the task of painting the hotel ahead of him, Uncle Joe seizes the opportunity to launch his own general contracting venture. He learns that the affluent Douglases are in search of someone to renovate their "Green Acres" farmhouse and manages to convince Mrs. Douglas to hire him. Despite his lack of experience in construction, Joe attempts to balance the demands of both the hotel and the Douglas project. However, he soon realizes he’s more financially strapped than he thought. As Uncle Joe's schemes complicate matters for Kate, she devises a clever plan to get him back on track.
