S5E21 Higgins Come Home

The hotel staff is in a panic over Dog's disappearance throughout the day. Unbeknownst to them, he has wandered off to spend time with Betty Jo and Steve. When Betty Jo finally returns Dog to the hotel, Billie Jo and Bobbie Jo are upset that she didn't bring him back sooner. Betty Jo resents the idea that Dog isn’t just as much hers. Despite their squabbles, Dog keeps returning to Betty Jo and Steve's place. Tensions rise when Steve aligns with Billie Jo and Bobbie Jo, while Sam supports Betty Jo. In an attempt to resolve the situation, Steve gifts Betty Jo a playful female dog, but Dog still prefers visiting the new pup. The sisters’ rivalry continues until Dog finds a way to bring them back together.
