S6E9 The Strange Case of Joseph P. Carson

Joe's efforts to oust Dr. Janet Craig intensify when she sets up her practice near the Shady Rest lobby. She and Doc Stuart are dividing the patients in the valley by proximity, meaning Joe may have to see her if he falls ill. In a desperate move, Uncle Joe pretends to suffer from a bizarre ailment that he believes she won't be able to diagnose, hoping to undermine her credibility. However, Joe overlooks the fact that doctors communicate, and Doc Stuart informs Janet of Joe's ruse. Ironically, when Joe genuinely falls ill, it’s Dr. Craig who comes to his aid.
