Janet proposes a musical homage showcasing the evolution of music over the years, featuring Billie Jo, Bobbie Jo, and Betty Jo as the main acts. However, Selma, whose ancestor Cyrus Plout was the founder of Hooterville, disapproves of the girls' revealing mini-skirt costumes.
