When a warning signal appears on a drug dealer's vehicle registration, a blend of modern technology and traditional detective work comes into play. The dealer's subsequent actions push the team to take drastic steps to apprehend him. Meanwhile, the interceptors initiate a pursuit to capture two armed robbers in a hijacked Toyota. Tensions rise as officers find their composure challenged by a driver who is adamantly disputing a minor traffic violation.
