This week also features officers executing an automatic number plate recognition operation outside the largest shopping center in Essex. After a three-car collision halts traffic on the M25, Andy and Biggers step in to restore flow. In another part of the county, Gerry detains an 18-year-old who believes he knows the law inside out, while Andy assists an officer who accidentally dropped his handcuffs into a drain.
