During a routine traffic stop, officers uncover a significant stash of illegal drugs hidden in the vehicle of an uninsured driver. Meanwhile, a police helicopter is deployed to locate two thieves on the run. In another incident, a motorist believed to be involved in a road rage incident is apprehended, only to reveal that he is wielding a table leg as a weapon. Additionally, an officer's investigation into individuals skipping out on their taxi fares leads to unexpected chaos.
