On Halloween night, the officers of Derbyshire police face an overwhelming series of events. They launch a extensive manhunt for a group of lorry thieves, while simultaneously apprehending a young man caught with heroin. The team also detains a fraudster, adding to their busy night. As if that weren't enough, they find themselves in a thrilling high-speed pursuit of a supercar zooming down the roads at an astonishing 142mph.
