In this episode, the officers face a dangerous situation as a stick of dynamite is discovered inside a police station in Carlisle. Meanwhile, the armed response unit (ARU) is called into action after a gun is seen in a downtown bar. The team also responds to a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver, which leaves a cyclist pinned beneath a vehicle. To wrap up the night, they assist a young man whose car crashes into a wall in the darkness.
