Tom Whitehouse and David Robson are conducting surveillance following a lead on a habitual drunk driver. Meanwhile, a routine check on a potentially stolen vehicle leads to the capture of a fugitive. Richard Whiteley demonstrates his impressive driving abilities and, aided by aerial surveillance, successfully locates two individuals who fled from a traffic stop.
