Axel is visiting his Uncle, an ex-toy creator now focused on fixing toys. During his playtime with a collectible, he accidentally damages it. Curious, he ventures into his uncle's workshop and stumbles upon a hidden lab filled with power bands. Inadvertently, he unleashes Madcap, a malevolent toy that begins to wreak havoc. As chaos unfolds, Axel learns that the power bands can transform him into a formidable action figure, giving him the chance to confront Madcap and restore order.
