Burt, a faded rock star, lands a gig as the headliner at 'Grocery-Palooza,' a rock concert hosted at the supermarket where Sabrina is employed. Having idolized Smokey in his heyday, Burt sees this opportunity as a chance to rekindle his glory days by performing as Smokey's backup at the event.
