Furinkan High's principal makes a shocking return after an extensive trip to examine the American education system, but his mental state is severely compromised. In a bid to enforce his bizarre vision, he mandates buzz cuts for boys and bowl cuts for girls. The students are thrown into chaos as they must embark on a frantic search for a hidden coconut containing a 'get out of rules free' note to escape his ludicrous new regulations.
