Janet has welcomed a baby boy into the world, but she worries that he may bond more with Tommy than with her. Meanwhile, Tommy faces a significant dilemma as he's accused of igniting the beach house blaze. On another front, Jerry's son wants him to be his best man at his commitment ceremony. Franco is pushed by Richie to marry Natalie, while Lou and Theresa find themselves sidetracked during church. Additionally, the volunteer firefighter, played by Jennifer Esposito, who saved Tommy from the fire, starts to show her romantic interest in him, making her feelings quite clear.
