The long-awaited day has arrived for Kay to inaugurate the tunnel leading to Area V. While the atmosphere is filled with celebration, Kay feels a creeping anxiety about proving his growth. Meanwhile, sensing something amiss during the Train Race night, Jeffrey decides to investigate Duke's prison cell. As the crowd rallies to support Kay, an unexpected twist occurs when Duke makes a dramatic entrance at the ceremony, throwing everything into chaos.
