Episode Overview

Rosemary and Laura embark on a cross-country trip to help Rosemary's old friend, the blind Professor Mullins, who has requested their help in investigating the mysterious deaths of several patches of plants in his garden. They join him at an allotment committee meeting to discuss the unusual occurrences, only to be stunned by the news that the land is set to be sold to a construction company. With determination, the professor calls for a vote on the sale, successfully thwarting the plans of builder Mr. Kelly and site owner Hugo Dainty. However, when they return to the allotments the following day, they stumble upon the lifeless body of Professor Mullins in a hole by his plot.
