Episode Overview
In the icy expanse of Siberia, Hyoga pays his respects to his late mother, resting within a sunken ship beneath the frozen waters. After shattering an eternal ice barrier, he claims the Bronze Cygnus Cloth. Traveling to Japan, he prepares for a tournament where the ultimate prize is the coveted Gold Cloth. Following Saori's insightful presentation on the tournament's significance, Cygnus Hyoga makes his entrance. His first challenge comes from Hydra Ichi, whose toxic horns sprout from his fists and knees, regenerating like the mythical Hydra. However, Hyoga's Cloth protects him from the poison, allowing him to triumph with his Diamond Dust attack. Now, he faces the question: will his next foe be Pegasus Seiya or Dragon Shiryu?
