Episode Overview

Ikki recounts his experiences on Death Queen Island, where his master, Guilty, instilled in him a deep hatred for everyone as a means to gain strength and defeat his foes. The only person who truly cared for Ikki was Esmeralda, Guilty’s daughter, who tended to his injuries and became his genuine friend. On his final day there, Ikki faced the grim choice of killing Guilty to obtain the Phoenix Bronze Cloth. During their confrontation, Guilty murdered Esmeralda, igniting a fury in Ikki that led him to kill his master, ultimately transforming him into the demonic Phoenix Bronze Saint. Back in the present, Ikki reveals to Seiya and the others that the battle isn’t over yet, as he was defeated. Suddenly, the Black Saints appear and seize the Gold Cloth. A new adversary emerges: Docrates, the strongest figure in the Sanctuary, showcasing his immense power with the Hercules’ Tornado Punch.
