Episode Overview

Hyoga is puzzled by Hägen's ability to handle the intense heat. Hägen explains that he received his God Robe in that very place and has trained there since he was a child, mastering techniques that harness both ice and fire. Despite Hyoga's attempts to penetrate Hägen's defenses, he finds himself repeatedly overpowered and knocked down, yet he persists, asking for the Odin Sapphire. They clash once more, but Hyoga ultimately loses consciousness. Just as Hägen prepares to throw him into the lava, Freya arrives, trying to warn him about Hilda and the Nibelung Ring, but Hägen remains unconvinced of her intentions.
