Sanjay and Craig learn that Sanjay's mom is going to assist with a "butt transplant" and decide to sneak into the hospital to witness the procedure. Disguising themselves as doctors, they are shocked to find out that the patient is Mr. Noodman, their neighbor who has a deep fear of snakes—especially since Craig is one. Chaos ensues as Mr. Noodman panics and creates a scene throughout the hospital, but Sanjay's mother ultimately manages to finish the surgery successfully.
