Years following the gruesome incidents at Kappa House, Dean Munsch acquires a derelict hospital, claiming her aim is to reform the American healthcare system. She enlists the expertise of surgeons Dr. Brock Holt and Dr. Cassidy Cascade, along with medical student Zayday Williams. However, she stuns everyone by bringing the infamous Chanels on board at the teaching hospital. As they settle in, dark secrets from the hospital's history start to emerge, and a new murderer appears, threatening to unleash chaos once more.
