As Halloween approaches, Dean Munsch is compelled to alert the authorities about a series of murders at the Institute, resulting in an unexpected surge of new patients. Frustrated with handling the less glamorous tasks, Chanel devises a scheme to bring fresh recruits into the Chanel fold. Meanwhile, Zayday and Chanel #5 pay a visit to someone connected to the hospital's history, while the challenges posed by a new patient begin to drive the staff to the brink of insanity.
