Ruko, a high school student, comes into possession of a deck of WIXOSS cards and discovers one that can talk. Confused by this strange encounter, she meets Yuzuki, who identifies herself as a "Selector." Before long, Ruko is drawn into a fierce competition to become the "Eternal Girl."
