Ichabod Crane wakes up 250 years in the future, discovering that the darkness he fought in his time has followed him to present-day Sleepy Hollow. After the Headless Horseman strikes again, this time killing the sheriff, Ichabod teams up with Detective Abbie Mills. Together, they forge a strong alliance to confront the malevolent forces threatening their town.
