Ahsoka and Jedi Master Luminara are tasked with transporting the infamous Separatist leader Nute Gunray to Coruscant for his trial. Unbeknownst to them, Count Dooku has dispatched his assassin, Asajj Ventress, to liberate their prisoner. The Jedi must contend with Ventress's attempts to rescue Gunray, all while dealing with the treachery of Senate Guard Captain Argyus, who has his own hidden agenda. With the assistance of Senate Commandos, Ahsoka and Luminara fight to prevent the escape and ensure that justice is served.
