Amidst a critical battlefront, the Republic urgently requires medical supplies. As the Jedi Knights transport Poggle the Lesser to Coruscant as a captive, Padawans Barriss Offee and Ahsoka Tano are assigned to guide a medical frigate to its destination. However, chaos ensues when Geonosian brain worms seize control of the clone troopers on their supply ship. Ahsoka and Barriss are thrust into a fierce struggle to prevent the ship from spreading the lethal plague across the galaxy.
