During a diplomatic visit to Mandalore, Padmé assures the peaceful planet of the Republic's unwavering support. However, she and Duchess Satine soon uncover a troubling secret hidden beneath Mandalore’s calm surface. They discover that Moogan smugglers have been infiltrating the planet with contraband, including bottled tea meant for local schools. In a bid to boost their earnings, these smugglers have been tainting the tea with a dangerous chemical.
