Count Dooku reaches out to the Nightsisters for a new ally to replace Ventress, but she and her sisters see this as a chance for vengeance. Ventress journeys to the remote side of Dathomir, seeking out the fiercest male warriors. Under the guidance of Talzin, she discreetly chooses Savage Opress from the distant Nightbrother village. Utilizing her dark magic, Talzin transforms Savage into a formidable fighter, instilling in him a fierce loyalty to Asajj. She then presents Opress to Dooku, positioning him as his hidden Sith apprentice in a scheme to challenge Darth Sidious.
