A malfunction in the lower levels of the Tulip unexpectedly awakens Colonel Bramwell from his 50-year cryogenic slumber, leading him to think the conflict with the Raiders is still ongoing. Meanwhile, Dante aims to leverage Bramwell's infamous reputation among the Raiders to aid in his quest to locate his missing son.
