During a mission through an unexplored debris field, the Tulip stumbles upon a mysterious sarcophagus adrift in space. Inside it is Mishkin, who unwittingly unleashes a contagion that begins to affect the crew. As the illness spreads, Rudolpho and Marcus find themselves grappling with their roles and responsibilities on the ship, leading to tension and uncertainty among the crew members.
