Dr. Traff faces a tragic loss when his ex-wife succumbs to a heart attack while under his care. Meanwhile, his son Elmer experiences a vivid dream featuring an anteater. Lenny, having passed away, attempts to assist Druse in uncovering the truth about Mary. After a night filled with rage and confrontation, Stegman spirals out of control, determined to discover who vandalized his car. As Druse learns from Lenny that Rickman is privy to the hospital's secrets, Paul begins to manipulate Pedersen to ensure Druse remains in the dark.
