After Jesse's best friend is tragically killed by a black truck, Jesse suffers injuries in the same accident. Unable to ride a motorcycle anymore, his life takes a turn when Norman Tuttle appears, offering him a knee surgery and an opportunity to become a test pilot for a classified government initiative known as Street Hawk.
