Anthro, an extraterrestrial from the planet Traum, is on a mission to siphon Earth's energy resources to fuel his home world, but the Super Friends are determined to thwart his plan. Posing as a Scotland Yard inspector, he cunningly recruits the Super Friends to assist him in his scheme to extract Earth's energy for his return to Traum.
