The enigmatic Professor Baffles is causing money and precious items to vanish, but the Super Friends are determined to solve the mystery and put an end to his schemes. The professor has initiated a campaign to obliterate all forms of literature, art, and music using a chemical he created. Meanwhile, his two henchmen exploit Baffles' mission to shake down the U.S. government for cash.
