S1E11 The Ultra Beam

Two scientists, convinced that gold is the source of all corruption, embark on a mission to obliterate it using a powerful blue beam. However, the Super Friends intervene to halt their destructive plan. This blue ray, capable of releasing minuscule electrical particles known as quarks, is transforming all the gold on Earth into a worthless byproduct. In their quest for answers, the Super Friends explore different mining areas and soon encounter the enigmatic blue jet and its ultra-beam, realizing they must act swiftly to prevent the scientists' catastrophic intentions.
