Mad scientist Dr. Hiram Gulliver employs his microwave reducer to shrink all adults, including the Superfriends, down to just two inches tall. His plan aims to address the population crisis by conserving resources while allowing him to dominate the tiny populace from his towering height. In the midst of this chaos, Green Arrow teams up with the Superfriends to thwart Gulliver’s scheme and restore everyone to their original size.
