From the outskirts of the Milky Way, a winged entity known as Rokan races towards Earth. Superman faces off against this creature and discovers it is Rokan, a Kryptonian beast believed to be long extinct. Possessing powers identical to Superman's, Rokan escapes and unleashes chaos on Earth. In an effort to contain the situation, the Super Friends pursue Rokan and her offspring, using kryptonite to drive them away.
