Darkseid's Golden Trap: Part I: During a cosmic auction, Darkseid aims for the sole piece of gold kryptonite, capable of permanently robbing Superman of his powers. Disguised as ice beings, Black Vulcan, Wonder Woman, and Firestorm infiltrate the event with the intention of outbidding Darkseid and securing the kryptonite for themselves. However, Darkseid quickly catches on to their scheme. Darkseid's Golden Trap: Part II: Realizing the deception, Darkseid devises a cunning plan to use the gold kryptonite he acquired against Superman. Meanwhile, El Dorado, Batman, and Superman venture to the Moon of Games to confront Kalibak, seeking information on Darkseid's captive heroes. With Batman's assistance, El Dorado formulates a strategy. As feared, Darkseid makes an unexpected appearance, casting the gold kryptonite at Superman... but will it succeed?
