Jett embarks on a mission to the stunning Swiss Alps, where he meets a girl named Lena who has ordered a barrel for her St. Bernard, Biggie, who is training to be a rescue dog. Lena's father is skeptical about Biggie's readiness for such responsibilities due to his young age. However, Biggie soon demonstrates his potential as a rescue dog. Just as Jett, Lena, and Biggie are set to board a train to the mountain station, disaster strikes when the train derails unexpectedly.
