Jett and Dizzy arrive in Cusco, Peru, to drop off a package containing harmless hair dyes and a grooming kit for a girl named Olenca. Excited to give her pet alpacas a colorful makeover, Olenca quickly realizes that the alpacas are not fans of the dyeing process. They become frightened and dash off in a panic. The narrow, winding streets of Cusco prove challenging for the Super Wings, prompting Jett to reach out to World Aircraft for assistance.
