Jett and his companion, Jett Pet, surprise Lyu, a young girl from Singapore, with a robotic dog named Happi, a gift from her father to fulfill her dream of having a pet. Excited to play, Happi, Jett Pet, and a group of other dogs cause a ruckus at the kite festival. In the chaos, Jett and Dizzy realize that Happi and one of the puppies have become entangled in the strings of a kite. They must spring into action to rescue them and restore the fun at the celebration.
