Penny and Amul show up at Whitecross with updates about Abby. Ruth decides to accompany them, believing her medical expertise is required where Abby is currently living. However, she quickly discovers they are actually headed to London to care for the ill, and Abby has already left. In London, a man named Manny oversees the settlement and is reluctant to let Ruth go. Concerned for her well-being, Greg and Charles set off for London to bring her back safely.
